What is Cocosy?
Cocospy is a remote monitoring and parental control program. It's used by parents who want to keep an eye on their kids remotely and managers or businessmen looking to monitor their employees. Cocospy lets you see what's happening on a target iOS or Android device.

How does the Cocospy Android app work?
Cocospy for Android works as a background interceptor utility. In non-technical terms, Cocospy picks up and shares events occuring on the Android device. It runs invisibly in the background, without making the target aware they're being monitored.
You don't need to root the target Android device. Most of Cocospy's features work without root. After Cocospy is installed, you'll be given the option to hide it. After it's hidden, it's virtually undetectable. It uses only a minute amount of system resources.
After Cocospy has been set up, you can begin monitoring by logging in to your Cocospy account. This can be done from any browser. Read FAQs for Non-Jailbroken Target Devices for details on how Cocospy for iOS works.

Can I use Cocospy anywhere?
Cocospy can monitor any device in the world — provided it has an supported operating system and is linked to a carrier network. As an alternative to a carrier network, Cocospy will also work on target devices with consistent online access like tablets.

What Android versions can I use Cocospy on?
Cocospy works on Android 4.0 and higher.

Do I have to register for a Cocospy account to install the app?
Yes, you need to register for a Cocospy account. Besides giving you with the installation link, it's how you access the control panel. Note that you'll also need a Cocospy subscription.

Will the Cocospy app icon show up in the app drawer?
After you've set up Cocospy, you're given the choice to hide the icon. So no, the target Android phone won't have a Cocospy icon in the app drawer. If the person is aware you're monitoring them, you can leave it unhidden.

Is Cocospy legal?
Coocspy is legal in the US, provided you use it to monitor underage children or company devices issued to employees. Also, Cocospy is legal when used to monitor personal devices. It's always a good idea to research local laws before you use Cocospy. Cocospy is legal in many countries outside the US. Again, please check local laws before using.

Can I install Cocospy remotely?
You can't install Cocospy remotely on Android devices. You need brief physical access to the target phone. However, you can install Cocospy remotely for non-jailbroken iOS devices. Note that Cocospy for non-jailbroken iOS devices doesn't offer the full feature set.

How do I set up Cocospy on a target Android device?
First, log in your Cocospy account on any browser and enter Control Panel. And get your hands on the target device.
Click on the provided app download link, and install a tiny app – <3MB – on it. Then follow the setup steps.
Note: all features don't require you to root the target device.

How do I uninstall Cocospy from an Android device?
To remove Cocospy from an Android device, go to Phone Settings > Security > Device Administrators > Update Service> Deactivate (tap it). Then go back to the Settings menu. Navigate to Apps > Update Service. Cocospy should be visible. Tap on Uninstall.

How do I monitor the target device?
Get Cocospy set up to work with the target device. If you've done that already, log in to your Cocospy account, which is the control panel. You can remotely monitor the target device from here. The selection panel on the left of the homescreen is where you can access Cocospy's features.

How do I pay for Cocospy services?
Choose your subscription plan and pick a payment method. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club cards. You can use PayPal, JCB, and Giropay for international payments. On special request, we also accept vendor-to-vendor, purchase, or fax orders.
Please note: The payment options will vary based on your current country of residence.

Will my bank statement contain a Cocospy entry?
Nope, it won't. We are aware some of our users prefer to subscribe to Cocospy anonymously. The transaction entry doesn't carry the "Cocospy" name. The Cocospy developers will be listed instead.

What the procedure after I purchase Cocospy?
After making a purchase, look for an order confirmation in your inbox. We send it out instantly. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
We'll also send you a Welcome email right after. The email contains your login information and instructions on installing Cocospy and logging in to the control panel after.

How do I get a refund?
Contact us at [email protected] if you have a refund request. Please check our refund policy to see if you qualify for a refund.

How often does Cocospy update the surveillance data?
By default, Cocospy makes new data available from the target non-rooted and non-jailbroken devices once every 24 hours. For rooted or jailbroken devices, you can manually set the update frequency. The minimum time is 10 minutes.
We recommend setting the update frequency to once every half a dozen hours or so. Any more than that and the battery drain might be noticeable.

How to cancel my subscription?
Firstly, login and go to your control panel, click on 'Billing', then click 'Subscription Plan', finally, click 'Cancel Subscription'.

How many devices can I monitor?
There's a fixed limit on how many devices you can monitor, depending on the plan you've purchased. Check your subscription for more details. To monitor more devices, you may need to upgrade your plan.

Do I have to jailbreak a target iPhone to install Cocospy?
Cocospy works without jailbreak. You get monitor contacts, call log, WhatsApp data, GPS location, calendar events, and messages. For advanced features like Instagram and Facebook monitoring, though, you will have to jailbreak the device.

Doesn't jailbreaking void the warranty? Can I reverse a jailbreak?
Yes, jailbreaking voids the warranty on the target iOS device. However, jailbreaking can be reversed. If you manage it, Apple will probably still repair the damaged device.

What does rooting or Android root mean?
Rooting is the process that gives you access to the "root" of the Android operating system. That's administrator-level access, the highest you can get. Cocospy needs extra permissions to make advanced features like Geofencing work.

Is there a way to tell if monitoring software has been installed?
There are no surefire ways to tell if monitoring software is installed on a device. Check the storage for suspicious files. See if your phone behaves erratically, including restarts, battery drain, and slowdowns.

I lost my phone. Can you help me with finding a phone by its number?
If Cocospy was installed on the lost device, you may be able to trace it from the Locations tab. Log in to your dashboard and check. Alternatively, find the IMEI number in the SIM card menu and get in touch with your carrier.
